One prevalent view on BSC is that “if you concentrate on perspectives other than the finance, the final result / the financial perspective is incidental”. Drawing from the same view, the post is a small comparison of how cleanliness in earlier days resulted in an incidental “no profit” and how now lack of cleanliness has resulted in “a good amt of profit” for many firms that build their business around it.
In short: All the companies of today need to sustain, in the BSC view, is the common man’s ATTUtude!!
